Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  1. Mix 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.
  2. Toss 1 cup almonds and 1 cup cashews in the sauce.
  3. Spread nuts on the baking sheet and roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and let cool before storing.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to your spice preference)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)

Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and smoked paprika (if using) until smooth.
  3. Coat the Nuts:
    • Place almonds and cashews in a large mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over them and toss until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Spread on Baking Sheet:
    • Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast the Nuts:
    • Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent sticking and ensure even roasting. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning, as the honey can caramelize quickly.
  6. Add Sesame Seeds:
    • Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with sesame seeds while the nuts are still hot.
  7. Cool and Store:
    • Allow the nuts to cool completely on the baking sheet. They will become crisp as they cool. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
