Ingredients
  • 1 shot of espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt for depth of flavor

Directions
  1. Brew the Espresso – Prepare a shot of espresso using an espresso machine or make a strong cup of coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Heat the Milk – In a small saucepan, heat the oat milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. If using a frother, heat and froth the milk simultaneously.
  3. Mix the Flavors – In a mug, combine the hot espresso (or coffee), maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  4. Add the Milk – Pour the warmed oat milk over the espresso mixture, stirring gently. If frothed, spoon the foam on top for a café-style touch.
  5. Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and enjoy your creamy, maple-infused vegan latte!
