  • Ingredients:
    • 2-3 medium potatoes (~400g)
    • 2 Beyond Sausages
    • 1 tbsp oil (for cooking, optional)
    • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
    1. Grate or Dice Potatoes
      • Wash and grate the potatoes for a hash-like texture or dice them into small cubes for a chunkier dish.
    2. Cook Beyond Sausage
      • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
      • Add Beyond Sausages and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned.
      • Remove from the pan, let them cool slightly, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
    3. Cook Potatoes
      • In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp oil if needed.
      • Add grated or diced potatoes. Stir occasionally and cook until golden brown and tender, about 15-20 minutes.
    4. Season the Potatoes
      • Add salt and pepper to taste.
    5. Combine and Serve
      • Add the sliced Beyond Sausage back into the pan. Stir and cook for 2-3 more minutes to heat everything through.
      • Serve hot and enjoy!
